LXS is a relationship-first leader, creative powerhouse, and community advocate who brings heart, hustle, and a whole lot of care to everything she does. With over two decades of experience in customer service, team leadership, and client success, she thrives where strategy meets people—building trust, solving problems, and making things better than she found them.
Born and raised in the Florida Panhandle, her professional journey began in retail banking, where she quickly earned a reputation for her natural leadership and people skills. In 2020, she found her perfect-fit company at Bit-Wizards and stepped into the world of IT services. Since then, she’s grown with the team—moving from Service Coordinator to Client Success Administrator, and now serving as Client Success Manager, where she blends empathy, processes, and positive energy to help clients and colleagues thrive.
Along the way, she earned her MBA in Professional Communication from Bellevue University—because learning, growing, and pushing herself is just part of her DNA.
Outside of work, LXS proudly serves on the Board of Directors for both Fresh Start for Children and Families and the Be the Magic Foundation. Her lifelong connection to community support programs fuels her deep commitment to giving back.
LXS lives in Fort Walton Beach with her high school sweetheart, Ryan, their son, Charles, and their sweet pup, Luna. When she’s not working or volunteering, you’ll likely find her painting, coaching, or laughing with her family. As a skilled artist and certified life coach, she loves to create space for growth and connection in every part of her life—on the canvas, in conversation, and in the stillness of everyday moments.
