After graduating high school, Luciana attended Florida State University in Tallahassee, initially seeking a degree in Political Science. While taking an elective course in SAS Programming, Luciana became enthralled with the powerful application of the coding language and resolved to take similar courses in the future. Her love of problem solving led her to add a Computer Science major to her degree path. While at FSU, she was a member of the Phi Sigma Pi academic fraternity—which emphasizes Scholarship, Leadership, and Fellowship—and she attended the PSP Leadership Academy in February 2019.
Luciana graduated from FSU in December 2021 with a double major in Computer Science and Political Science. She has a husband and one son. Luciana prefers to spend her time outdoors with her family, listening to true-crime podcasts, or reading historical fictions.
