FORT WALTON BEACH, Florida (January 25, 2010) – Today, Bit-Wizards, a leading provider of custom software solutions in the Southeast, announced its customer satisfaction and support ratings. The Microsoft Net Satisfaction (NSAT) survey measures key performance indicators including loyalty, communications, quality, support, and value. The results from this survey, conducted by TNS Prognostic, help Bit-Wizards gain insight into our customers’ experiences, perceptions, and satisfaction levels with the company’s business solutions services.

Bit-Wizards achieved a total score of 197 out of 200 possible satisfaction points, resulting in an overall score of 98 percent. This score was 30 points higher than the national Microsoft Partner average of 167.

In areas of overall performance, ease of doing business, and quality of products, Bit-Wizards was perfect with a score of 100. The results showed that Bit-Wizards’ customers are very loyal with 100 percent of those surveyed indicating they were satisfied with the work performed and would recommend Bit-Wizards.
