Alex moved to Northwest Florida with her husband’s Army career in the 7th Special Forces Group. Her background in software development and her experience in the IT industry, managing, delivering and selling custom software solutions based on the Microsoft platform give her a unique selling perspective because she understands the technology behind solutions.
Alex studied Philosophy at Texas A&M University. Her first job after college was with Dale Carnegie and Associates where she learned how to navigate the real world of business as a training consultant. She had opportunity to talk to people in almost every industry in San Antonio and that experience gave her a great appreciation for the challenges in both communication and workflow that affect our lives.
In 1997 she earned a Microsoft Certified Trainer certification and with that initial experience started a career in the IT industry. She has worked with organizations like SBC Communications (now AT&T), The Lead Dogs, Microsoft, Colorado State Patrol, Partners Healthcare, U.S. Army, U.S. Air Force, National Guard, Peace Corp, and many others.
Alex is a proud military wife and is convinced that if she actually practiced, she could become a professional golfer.
