Becoming a member of our team is no easy task. We don't just take anybody. Bit-Wizards
has a commitment to our customers to provide the highest caliber technical
talent. Because of this we require a college degree in a technical discipline
for our engineers and a rigorous screening process. The ideal candidate will
have a degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics
and at least 3 years of experience. A Microsoft, Oracle, Cisco, SUN,
or Project Management Institute certification is a bonus.

Competitive Salary
Bit-Wizards provides a competitive salary with those offered in the software industry.
Bit-Wizards believes an attractive compensation package begins with an attractive
salary. Salaries are reviewed every 6 months.
Flexible time off allows employees to decide for themselves how to best use the
set number of days off for either vacation, sick, or personal matters. Flexible
time off is given on January 1st of each year. All flex days expire at the end of
the year and do not accrue or carry forward to the next year. This is done to ensure
employees use their time and do not burn out on the job. The following shows the
schedule for the number of flex days awarded to employees based on their longevity
with Bit-Wizards.

Bit-Wizards provides for 11 paid holidays for its full time employees. Listed below

Insurance Coverage
Medical Insurance is 100% paid by the company for the employee. Medical Insurance
for the employee's family is available at discounted group rates at the employee's
expense.
Bit-Wizards also provides for it's employees, 100% company paid
Long Term Disability and Life insurance.
Bit-Wizards does not currently carry dental insurance. However, Bit-Wizards
will pay for two standard dental cleanings a year for it's employees.
Retirement Benefits
Bit-Wizards provides a Simple IRA retirement plan for its employees. Bit-Wizards
will match 3% of each perticipant's contribution dollar-for-dollar. Employees are
able to manage their own funds through Fidelity's Web Interface and can choose
from a wide variety of options for investing the funds.
Profit Sharing
At the discretion of Bit-Wizards an annual bonus is offered or an additional profit
sharing amount added to the employee's Simple IRA or awarded as a cash bonus based
on revenues for the year.
Additional Salary Increases
The employee is expected to attain a Microsoft Certified Solution Developer (MCSD)
Certification within one year. For each Passed Exam, Bit-Wizards will pay the testing
fee and the employee will be granted an additional $500 per year salary increase
(up to $2,500 total increase).
