Educating our customers is an important part of how we do business. In this section
we would like to give you a general overview of the process Bit-Wizards uses to
affect an Information Technology Solutions. Below is a general overview of how we
typically do business; however, Bit-Wizards is open to negotiate any arrangement
that our customers might wish to propose. For a more detailed document defining

Bit-Wizards has structured its services so that the client receives the best value
for its time and money. The company offers premium expertise while maintaining highly
competitive rates.
Three items: Features, Schedule, and Cost form a triangle that we at Bit-Wizards
like to call the technology triangle. The technology triangle is shown at
right. In contracting us to perform your project, your company and ours forms a
cooperative effort to bring about a successful project. Because of this cooperative
effort we share the technology triangle. As the customer you own any two items in
the triangle, we would own one.

Bit-Wizards offers both fixed price and time & materials contracts as is determined
by the needs of the client and the project. Fixed price contracts are used primarily
when there is a clearly defined project. In time & materials contracts these
items are less clear, as is the case, on an R&D project, or when it is not practical
to thoroughly define a project up-front due to time limitations or lack of information.
A design phase is by nature an hourly exercise, but some clients prefer fixed rate
contracts on a project-by-project basis. Performing the design on a time & materials
basis facilitates defining a fixed price for the implementation. With well-specified
deliverables Bit-Wizards can provide on time, fully warranted, custom solutions
within budget.
Our Services Carry a Warranty
Bit-Wizards stands behind its work. For every product or service we provide the
final phase is the acceptance phase. This is done after all the development and
the testing is complete. This is the phase where the customer and Bit-Wizard's agree
that all the requirements have been met and everything is functioning properly.
Once the customer accepts the product Bit-Wizards then starts a ninety day warranty
period. Bit-Wizards knows that sometimes something slips through the cracks and
on those rare occasions when they do we will be there to finish the job right.
Initial Introduction & Consultation with Bit-Wizards
The initial introduction and consultation with Bit-Wizards is complimentary. This
introduction and consultation period can be a single meeting or a more substantive
effort. It will give you an opportunity to learn more about Bit-Wizards and it will
give you a chance to describe your needs so Bit-Wizards can evaluate what services
you will require.
Taking the Next Step
